Please note that, in general, this maintenance schedule is based upon having your Subaru serviced ever 7,500 miles or six months. Oil and oil filter changes are recommended every 3,000 miles or 3 months. Although the various services detailed show mileage intervals only, the time element is important as well and should be a consideration as you schedule your preventative maintenance visits.
Cabin Air Filter - if your Subaru is equipped with a cabin air filter, it is recommended that the filter be replaced at least once per year.

First new car oil change is due by 3,750 miles or 3 months and at similar intervals thereafter.

* After the year 2004, the fuel filter and PCV vavle no longer have to be replaced as preventative maintenance.
* Platinum spark plugs are replaced at 60,000 mile intervals.
* Irridium spark plugs are replaced at 60,000 mile intervals.
* Super Coolant is flushed at 120,000 miles.
* Fuel filter is tp be replaced at 60,000 mile intervals.
* At 15,000 mile intervals, we recommend two additional serices: replace cabin air filter to best maintain your interior enironment and add Castle Fireball Plus fuel system cleaner to maximize your fuel efficiency and engine longevity. Ask your service advisor for details and pricing.
